	Mark Ashford Mark has over 23 years in the IT industry, the last 11 of which have been concentrated in the Oil & Gas sector. 	Steve Jones Steve joined MACOM in August 2005 and has become a valuable member of the team. He specialises in designing, building and maintaining interconnecting IP networks, which include but is not limited to Windows server 2003/2008, Windows active directory, Exchange 2003/07/10, Cisco Routers and Firewalls, and Watchguard security appliances. 	Stuart Parker Stuart recently joined MACOM in June 2011. He has 7 years experience in the IT industry specialising in designing, building and maintaining interconnected IP networks across Western Europe, USA and Japan. His experiences includes utilising technologies such as VMware, Windows Server 2003/2008, Apple Macintosh, Linux, Windows Active Directory, Exchange 2003/07/10, Firewalls and Watchguard security appliances. 	Denise Dougherty Denise has worked in finance for 25 years and has been contracting with MACOM for the past 5 years. She runs the day to day finance for MACOM and various other companies which include preparing the accounts to year-end level. Denise is qualified to AAT Level.

	Kim Bowd Kim joined MACOM in October 2010 is assist with the office administration. She is responsible for the monthly invoicing and general office management.
